Jeff Zettle

I moved from Orangeville to Kincardine in 2003. I am very proud to call Kincardine home. I have raised my two wonderful children here and just a few short years ago was fortunate enough to meet (and marry) a local girl who I don’t deserve.

I started investing in real estate over 16 years ago when I purchased my first property here in Kincardine. After purchasing that duplex, I was hooked. I had found my passion. I have been investing in real estate ever since. From single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, multi-family buildings, lease option rentals, rent to own properties and most recently a new build.

Through all of this, I have gained a tremendous amount of practical knowledge and experience. This profession truly is my passion and I am very excited to bring all of my energy, experience, and knowledge to my new clients.
