Cassidy Reay

Born and raised in Grey Bruce I was fortunate enough to have a wonderful upbringing with my family, who are my biggest supporters to this day.

I grew up playing outdoors, a bit of a tom boy, riding ATVs and catching fish – two of my favourite hobbies I now share with my two sons, Axel (4) and Bohdi (2).

My father Steve Reay owned and operated Coldwell Banker Real Estate Brokerage in Hanover for over 25 years which from an early age I realized was something I wanted to emulate.

I obtained a Bachelors of Business in Marketing at Griffith University in Australia and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing from Conestoga College in Kitchener. During my education I was awarded with a business scholarship and won first place at the Ontario Colleges Marketing Competition.

After spending some time travelling the globe, I came back to Ontario to start my career. The first 10 years of my work experience I excelled at sales and marketing within the stone industry. I worked for a local Wiarton quarry and was recruited by a National building supply company to spearhead the launch of Eastern Canada.

Fast forward to today, I’m a project coordinator at the Nuclear Power Plant and licensed realtor with Royal LePage Exchange Realty Co., Brokerage and a proud member on the HN Properties Team. My love of real estate, design, and all things home is a big part of who I am today and where I like to focus my time and energy.

I’ve done a wide array of buying and selling myself, from flipping houses to custom designing and building my dream home. The learning that comes with this experience is something that cannot be taught, but merely experienced. I hope to pass along my education, experiences, and design skills to my clients in the Greybruce area for years to come. I’m truly grateful for the life I’ve been given and all the wonderful supporters I have had help me along the way.
