After graduating from a Construction Engineering Technician program, I worked independently as a carpenter and contractor for several years. I later got hired on by a larger company to do pre-listing renovations and consultations regarding which renovations can bring the most value. I continued to do renovations on the side but followed my passion for interior design and joined a staging company in the GTA. The majority of the jobs were contracted by real estate agents where I learned the financial benefit of presenting a home in a way that capitalizes its strengths and maximizes its return. With this and what I had experienced from renovating, I knew I was destined for a career in real estate. After moving to Kincardine I joined Royal LePage Exchange and surrounded myself with experienced and knowledgeable agents that have taught me a lot of what I know today. I have worked behind the scenes of real estate for many years and am excited for this opportunity to show my passion, my drive and all that I can offer.
Real estate is a powerful thing. Where you live becomes the center of your universe; your “home base” and a place where memories are made. Even an investment property can have a profound effect on your life’s story—when chosen correctly, it becomes long-term financial freedom and a vital part of your well-diversified portfolio. Whether a buyer, a seller, or an investor, I think of my clients as family. Lean on me —I am here to keep the process fluid, successful, and as low-stress as possible.
